What was the highlight of Tokyu Stay Kanazawa

Wonderful experience.

Very friendly staff, view from the window was amazing, the room was comfortable and clean. The washing machine was the cherry on top and we immediately fell in love with this hotel. close to all major attractions in the city. We didn't take a bus once ( apart from late hours after dag trips to nearby cities and temples ). Thank you Tokyu Stay staff for a wonderful experience

One of the towels had some spots of makeup of the previous residents, so we had to ask for a towel switch the very next day. Other than that, the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the main station, or a 10 minute bus ride. But we enjoyed the long walks.

Washing machine is quiet and good!

Surprised with how good the room’s washing machine was. Location not the best but a bus stop right downstairs. Breakfast was alright. Can leave luggage at lobby after checkout!

The place is super good value. Lots of amenities near by. The key attractions is just a stone's throw away. Walkable to and from the station.

We had a great stay. The hotel had everything we could need, including a washing machine in the room which was a mof great help for us. Everything very clean and a great breakfast. Very good value!!

Great stay, impressed by first experience with Tokyu Stay

Hotel is modern and great location near to the attractions. The room and toilet were more spacious than expected. Loved that there was a washer-dryer machine in the room, and the hotel provided the detergent. There was also a common laundry room for those who needed it. Bed was comfortable, and I liked that there was a seating area. Didn't realise before, but it was great to have a bigger trashbin in the toilet. Interesting to use the RFID room key to access the lift, and the level automatically lights up accordingly when you tap the keycard on the reader.

No issues for my stay, loved the hotel. For those staying longer term, I think the hotel does charge if you require full housekeeping service. If not, limited housekeeping is free (change towels and empty trashbins). Also, if you are carrying luggage, do note that you need to take a bus from the train station to the hotel.

Wonderful

Location: close to castle, gardens and not too far from city centre Washing machine in room (but complex instructions, so not easy to use)

Rooms were really small (but with everything in it and good comfortable beds)

Excellent hotel and location

This hotel was exceptional. We stayed in a superior twin room which was very spacious and comfortable. The room was fresh, new and clean and including a good space to sit and eat as well as a kitchenette. The bathroom area with washing machine was spacious and it included a lovely bath and shower area. We stayed three nights here and it was very restful. It is well located across from the main shrine which then leads to the castle area and the gardens around it. It is also close to a good shopping area and is on the main loop line bus. While it is an easy walk to the station we did get a cab to and from the station easily.

Surprisingly the front desk is quite restricted in what they are allowed to do for guests. They are not able to ring restaurants or ring cabs which can be difficult when you are not able to contact restaurants through booking apps. The main information centre is up the road and they were very helpful.

Lovely night in Kanazawa

Perfect location, close to all main attractions and a bus stop to the station. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful: we left our luggage in their storage prior to check-in, and when we checked in they had already brought it in our room. We felt this was a really nice touch. The room was bigger than the japanese standard. Excellent and good quality breakfast.

They were excellent, no negative comments.

Good value for the money. Overall a good stay.

Location is very close to the seafood market and the central. The room is comfortable, and size is considerably big in Japanese standard.

The bathroom is not heated. It could get quite cold in the night, but it did not trouble as much.
